The Friendship Practice collects information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, payment confirmation, scheduling information, intake answers, and messages you send.

How information is used

Information is used to process payment, schedule sessions, provide coaching, send session details, manage refunds, keep business records, and respond to messages.

Third-party tools

The service uses Kit for the waitlist and email communication. When a spot becomes available, it may also use Stripe for payment and a booking tool for scheduling. Sessions take place on Google Meet. This site uses GoatCounter for privacy-friendly analytics. GoatCounter collects page views, referrers, and browser information. It does not use cookies or track personal information. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Carole Stromboni does not directly store full credit card details.

Coaching privacy

Carole Stromboni treats coaching sessions as private. This is not therapy confidentiality, medical confidentiality, or legal privilege.

Data sharing

Carole Stromboni does not sell personal information. Information is shared only when needed to provide the service, use third-party tools, comply with law, protect legal rights, respond to safety concerns, or work with professional advisors.
