Terms of Service
These terms explain how The Friendship Practice works.
Effective date
January 7, 2026
The service
The Friendship Practice is a private coaching service provided by Carole Stromboni.
The current offer is a 4-session package for $500. Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and usually takes place on Google Meet. After each session, you receive one agreed friendship action to try before the next session.
All 4 sessions must be used within 60 days of payment. Unused sessions expire after 60 days.
Coaching only
This is coaching. It is not therapy, mental health care, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support.
No guarantee of results
No result is guaranteed. Carole cannot promise that another person will become your friend. Carole can provide tools, practical support, and a clearer next step.
Payment and booking
Payment is made online through Stripe. After payment, you receive booking details for your first session.
Refunds and expiration
You can request a refund before your first session. After the first session, the package has started and is not refundable unless Carole stops coaching because the program is not the right fit.
If Carole stops coaching after session 1 because the program is not the right fit, Carole refunds the 3 unused sessions. Each session is valued at $125 for refund purposes. If one session has taken place, the refund is $375.
Expired sessions are not refundable.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions count as used sessions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
