Refund and cancellation policy
How refunds, rescheduling, missed sessions, and expiration work for The Friendship Practice.
Effective date
January 7, 2026
Refund before the first session
You can request a refund before your first session. After the first session, the package has started and is not refundable unless Carole stops coaching because The Friendship Practice is not the right fit.
If Carole stops coaching
If Carole stops coaching after session 1 because the program is not the right fit, Carole refunds the 3 unused sessions. Each session is valued at $125 for refund purposes. If one session has taken place, the refund is $375.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
Missed sessions
Late cancellations or missed sessions count as used sessions.
Expiration
All 4 sessions must be used within 60 days of payment. Unused sessions expire after 60 days. Expired sessions are not refundable.
